Digital Surveillance

After moving to a new town, Zayna finds herself spending more time online and discovers a variety of things that for some reason, she had not seen before. She finds herself in clashing conflict with her close friends. The muted world of professionals. The moral policing of people in other countries and engagement as well as digital monitoring and surveillance by international communities and international affairs. So many worlds become known to her in the years she spends online. Throughout the distressing narratives she comes across online, she discovers an innate ability to telepathically read emotions behind words including the ones she writes and the energies of those engaging with her.

She slowly begins to go back to her daily life with much greater self awareness and awareness of personal, social and political factors creating internal and external systemic barriers in her life and how she will live to her life's full potential.
