I don’t like him. Obviously.
Ruvani Mishra is very good at keeping her distance.
She comes in early, leaves quietly, and keeps her world small enough to manage. It's easier that way. Safer.
Until Inder Malhotra walks in.
He notices too much.
Talks too easily.
And somehow acts like he's already familiar with her, which is honestly very annoying.
He doesn't let her stay invisible either. Which is worse.
It starts with an accident.
Then a few awkward conversations.
Then suddenly, he's just... there.
In her space. In her routine. In her head.
And she doesn't like that.
Because liking him was never part of the plan.
Trusting him? Not happening.
But some things don't stay buried just because you ignore them.
And some memories don't stay gone just because you don't remember them.
Especially the ones that were never just dreams.
