Aria and Kit meet at a point in their lives where neither is certain of just how happy they truly are and form a bond through exercise.

Kit's on again, off again relationship with Abigail Gray, a prima ballerina, has petered out yet again. This time, it's different for Kit. This time, he's done.

Aria is adamant that she is wasting her time with Lincoln. She just has to get him into the same room and have an adult conversation with him, a feat close to impossible.

As their friendship blossoms, Kit can't seem to keep his troubled past from resurfacing. Kit is thrown back to dark days when he was always up for a fight and in love with someone else's girl.

Aria is forced to face a horror from her past too. Her ex may be the one trying to make her permanently disappear.

In a mad race against time, they must put all their faith in one other if they are to come out the other side.
